Terms & Conditions for EcomBihar
1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and the services provided by EcomBihar, a registered entity under the name EcomBihar (GSTIN: 10ELMPS2799H1ZL). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Product Accuracy
- We strive to display our products (Jewellery, Paintings, etc.) as accurately as possible. However, the colours and size may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography lighting.
- All Madhubani Paintings are individually handpainted; hence, minor variations in design or colour from the website image are natural and not considered defects.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All product prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
- For COD orders, a mandatory fee of ₹30 applies.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- The EcomBihar brand name, logo, website design, and all content (including product images and descriptions) are the exclusive property of EcomBihar. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or duplication is strictly prohibited.
5. User Conduct
- You agree not to upload, share, or transmit any offensive, harmful, or unlawful content on the website.
- Any breach of these terms may result in the termination of your access to the website.
6. Limitation of Liability
EcomBihar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products or services offered.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
