1. Estimated Delivery Time
- The estimated delivery time for all orders is 7 to 10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and unavoidable logistical challenges.
2. Shipping Charges
We are happy to offer free shipping for all prepaid orders across India!
- Prepaid Orders (Online Payment): ₹0 Shipping Charge.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A nominal fee of ₹30 will be added to your order total as a COD handling charge.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing the courier partner’s name and the tracking number. You can track the real-time status of your package using the provided link.
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If the package appears tampered or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it. Contact our Customer Care immediately.
- In case of a lost shipment, we will either initiate a full refund or re-ship your order, provided tracking data confirms the non-delivery.
